We make paying rent easy for tenants with the online tenant portal that can be accessed 24/7. We encourage tenants to pay online, which means we can pay you out faster. Our owner draws are processed 3 times per month via ACH.

- Enforcing late fees
- Filing relevant paperwork to initiate and complete an unlawful detainer action
- Representing owner in court via our attorney
- Coordinating with law enforcement to remove tenant and tenant’s possessions from unit
Our residents are required to pay their rent by the 5th of each month and are considered late on the 6th. We believe that communication is the key to a successful relationship with our owners and residents alike. This is why we actively call or text our residents if their rental payments are late. We believe in working out a payment plan before filing an eviction. Of course, if we cannot reach an agreement, we will start the eviction process in accordance with Florida state laws.
