Resident Benefits Package
The Rentifi Resident Benefits Package is designed to provide convenience, protection, and professional services. Tenants will be auto-enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package and are responsible to pay an additional monthly fee of $40.00 per month payable along with rent and applicable tax as outlined in the lease agreement. Inclusions of the package may vary due to the property mechanicals or other limitations; i.e., HVAC is required to participate in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program and if Tenant declines to opt-into our liability & personal property insurance plan, instead providing proof of alternative liability & personal property insurance. No discount will be given if any element of the package is not utilized; the package is all-inclusive.
Tenant and Landlord mutually agree that the Resident Benefits Package is defined as follows:
UTILITY AND MAINTENANCE REDUCTION PROGRAM: HVAC filters will be delivered to your home approximately every 60 days under the Utility and Maintenance Reduction Program. Tenant shall properly install the filter that is provided within two (2) days of receipt. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the filters will be dated and subject to inspection by Landlord upon reasonable notice to verify replacement has been timely made. If at any time Tenant is unable to properly or timely install a filter, Tenant shall immediately notify Manager in writing. Tenant’s failure to properly and timely replace the filters is a material breach of this agreement and Manager shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies it has against Tenant and Tenant shall be liable to Landlord for all damages to the property or HVAC system caused by Tenant’s neglect or misuse.
RENTERS INSURANCE MASTER POLICY:
The Tenant Benefits Package waives your obligation to the Renters Insurance requirement in your Lease Agreement through enrollment in our Master Policy. The tenant should consult an insurance professional to evaluate and determine personal insurance needs. Coverage limits are as follows:
Liability Limits - $100,000.00
Medical Expenses - $3000.00 Additional Living Expenses - $3000.00
Deductible - $500.00

You can call in or submit a maintenance request online at anytime 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
MULTIPLE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Pay online via automatic withdrawal or one-time payment with a bank account or credit card. Pay at 100’s of payment centers near you, including WalMart.
Free Payment Options: If signed up for automatic monthly withdrawal from your banking account - your merchant fee is waived. $30 in savings per tenant!

ONE TIME WAIVER OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE (NSF):
Life can get hectic sometimes and a small oversight financially can cause big problems. We understand things happen so we will waive one NSF for the entire tenancy not including the move-in funds. This is a $40.00+ value.
HOME BUYING ASSISTANCE:
If you decide to purchase a home after renting with us, we will assist you in search and negotiation of terms on your new home with professional Buyers Agent representation through our Realtor partner(s).

Can I opt-out of the Resident Benefits Package?
No. Rentifi Property Management is providing the Resident Benefits Package to all tenants. The included insurance coverage is under Rentifi Property Management as a Master Policy and applied to each home under management. Tenants receive the benefits of the coverage without applications, credit checks, or billing.
What if I have my own Renters Insurance coverage?
The Resident Benefits Package will apply to all homes and tenants under the Rentifi Property Management Policy. You may always carry any additional insurance coverage of your choosing.
What if my property does not have a furnace and no need for a filter? Can I receive a discount?
Unfortunately, no. The package is all-inclusive.
